1. Introduction Welcome to Fogón Asado. By accessing our website and using our booking services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking Process Users can book services through our website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Service What’s included: An eight-course tasting menu with seasonal ingredients and, therefore, subject to change based on availability. We can accommodate dietary restrictions with prior notice (more than 24 hours). Water and coffee is included in the experience. In case you have not chosen a pre-paid wine pairing, beverages (including wine, soft drinks and wine pairings) will be available and will be charged separately on the evening. Fogón Asado Experience is not responsible for the theft or loss of personal items that guests bring to our facilities.
Please note that this is an interactive group experience at a shared bar with the Argentine BBQ - AKA “Parrilla” - as the focal point. In the interest of all the guests present, we do not accept reservations for children under the age of 14.
3. Payment Payments for bookings are processed securely through Stripe or Payway. We accept various payment methods as provided by Stripe or Payway.
4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations can be made with a 100% refund up to 3 days before the service date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee of 100%.
5. Client Information We are committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Obligations You agree to provide accurate and complete information for booking services. You must ensure that your payment information is up to date and valid.
7. Modifications to Terms We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
