What is the difference between the Tasting Menu and the Chef’s Counter?
The Tasting Menu takes place in our Main Dining Room, which accommodates between 25 and 35 guests. This experience includes our nine-course tasting menu.
For guests looking for a more private and exclusive dinner, we invite you to discover the Chef’s Counter: an intimate experience for up to 14 guests seated around the fire with our chef. It includes an extended 14-course tasting menu.
In both formats, guests are seated at a counter surrounding the grill and our culinary team.
Wine pairings are not included in either experience and are available as an optional addition.
Do you offer an à la carte menu?
No. We do not offer an à la carte menu. We exclusively serve fixed, multi-course tasting menus.
What time does the experience begin?
We offer fixed starting times, as the service begins at the same time for all guests.
Lunch check-in is at 12:30 p.m. Dinner begins at either 8:00 p.m. or 8:15 p.m., depending on the menu booked.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes. We can adapt our menu for vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant guests, as well as for other dietary restrictions and specific allergies.
When making your reservation, please indicate in the notes how many guests require an adapted menu and provide details of their requirements so that our team can prepare in advance.
Are wines included in the menu?
The experience includes still or sparkling water, as well as a hot beverage served with dessert at the end of the meal.
Wine pairings are optional and may be added online when confirming your reservation or purchased directly at the restaurant.
We also offer beer, soft drinks, and wine by the glass. We do not sell wine by the bottle.
Can I bring my own wine?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer a corkage service, and outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Do you have a dress code?
Yes. Our dress code is smart casual.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for reservations cancelled at least five days before the scheduled date.
You can request your refund by selecting the “Cancel Booking” option in your reservation confirmation email.
For cancellations made less than five days in advance, please contact us at reservations@fogonasado.com to discuss rescheduling options.
What is the minimum age to participate in the experience?
The minimum age to participate is 14. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the restaurant pet-friendly?
No. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted, as the experience takes place in an enclosed and shared space.
